01 Eligibility and Account Registration
To register and use 76ph, you must meet all of the following requirements:

02 Account Responsibilities
Each player may hold only one account on 76ph. Duplicate accounts will be closed without notice, and any balance in duplicate accounts may be forfeited. If you believe a duplicate account has been created in your name without your knowledge, contact support immediately.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. This includes your password and any one-time passwords (OTP) sent to your registered mobile number. Do not share these with anyone. 76ph support staff will never ask for your password or OTP.
If you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact 76ph support immediately and change your password. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account credentials until you report a security concern.
03 Deposits and Payments
All deposits on 76ph are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). Accepted payment channels include Philippine bank transfer, mobile banking, GCash, and Maya. Credit cards and cryptocurrency are not accepted for deposits or wagering.
Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where funds are sent from an account belonging to someone other than the registered 76ph account holder — are not permitted and may result in account suspension and return of funds.
76ph reserves the right to request documentation confirming the source of deposited funds as part of standard anti-money laundering compliance procedures. Failure to provide such documentation when requested may result in a hold on withdrawals until the review is complete.
04 Withdrawals
Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for your deposit wherever possible, and only to accounts registered in your own name. KYC identity verification must be completed before any withdrawal is approved.

05 Betting and Gaming Rules
Once a bet is placed and confirmed on 76ph, it cannot be cancelled or modified. It is your responsibility to ensure that the correct selections, stake amounts, and bet types are entered before confirming. Technical issues on your device or network connection do not entitle you to a refund of a confirmed wager.
In the event of a technical error, system malfunction, or data feed failure that affects the integrity of a bet or game result, 76ph reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to player accounts. This decision rests solely with 76ph and will be applied consistently and fairly.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on 76ph:
- Using bots, automated scripts, or software to place bets.
- Exploiting software errors, bugs, or pricing mistakes intentionally.
- Colluding with other players to affect game or bet outcomes.
- Placing bets to meet promotion requirements without genuine intent to play.
06 Promotions and Bonuses

Where an account is closed due to a confirmed rule violation, any remaining balance may be forfeited. Where an account is closed at the player's own request for non-violation reasons, any verified balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method following a standard account review.
09 Privacy and Data
